1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Sweet Willow Beauty website and booking services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website or book an appointment. Sweet Willow Beauty reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. About Sweet Willow Beauty
Sweet Willow Beauty is a home-based skincare and waxing studio located in Gold Hill, Oregon, serving the Rogue Valley and Southern Oregon. Services are provided by a licensed esthetician and are by appointment only.
3. Appointments & Booking
All services are by appointment only. Appointments may be booked through the Sweet Willow Beauty website or by contacting us directly.
Booking an appointment constitutes agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
Sweet Willow Beauty reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.
Appointment availability is not guaranteed until a booking confirmation has been received.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling at the discretion of Sweet Willow Beauty, with no reduction in service fees.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We kindly require a minimum of 24 hours notice for all cancellations and rescheduling requests.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-call, no-show appointments may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service fee.
Sweet Willow Beauty reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered a full reschedule at no penalty.
5. Health, Safety & Intake Forms
Clients are required to complete an intake form prior to their first appointment. Accurate and complete health information is essential to ensure your safety and the effectiveness of your services.
It is your responsibility to disclose any allergies, skin conditions, medications, or medical history that may affect your service.
Sweet Willow Beauty reserves the right to decline or modify a service if health or safety concerns are identified before or during an appointment.
Clients who are pregnant, nursing, or have recently undergone medical procedures must disclose this information prior to booking. Some services may not be appropriate depending on your individual circumstances.
6. Service Results & Disclaimer
Results from skincare and waxing services vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed.
Sweet Willow Beauty makes no warranties or representations regarding specific outcomes from any treatment.
Clients are responsible for following all post-care instructions provided after their service. Sweet Willow Beauty is not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from failure to follow aftercare guidelines.
In the event of an unexpected reaction or concern following a service, clients are encouraged to contact Sweet Willow Beauty directly as soon as possible.
7. Patch Testing
Certain services, including lash and brow tinting, may carry a risk of allergic reaction.
Clients with known sensitivities or allergies are strongly encouraged to request a patch test prior to their appointment.
By proceeding with a tinting service without a patch test, you acknowledge and accept the associated risks.
8. Payment
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
Sweet Willow Beauty accepts cash & credit card
All prices are subject to change without notice. Current pricing is displayed on the Sweet Willow Beauty website and booking platform.
Gratuity is not required but is always appreciated.
9. Children & Guests
For the comfort and privacy of all guests, and to maintain the peaceful atmosphere of the studio, Sweet Willow Beauty kindly asks that clients do not bring additional guests, children, or pets to their appointment unless previously arranged.
10. Personal Belongings
Sweet Willow Beauty is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during your visit.
11. Photography & Social Media
Sweet Willow Beauty may occasionally photograph results for use on our website or social media platforms.
We will always ask for your verbal or written consent before photographing you or your results.
You may opt out of photography at any time without it affecting your service in any way.
Any photos or reviews you post publicly about Sweet Willow Beauty may be shared or reposted by us on our platforms, with credit given where possible.
